Samtov Holding Inc. was established in 2003 by Samuel Hodorov as a holding company, developing luxury apartment buildings projects and properties in South Florida and New York.

In 2008, the company continued its growth and branched out to South Central United States helping to rebuild damage neighborhoods from Hurricane Katharina.

Since its inception, the enterprise has led hundreds of projects and properties across Florida, Louisiana, and New York.
